Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless canceled before the next billing period. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing support@rowzx.com. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
RowzX may, at its discretion, offer free trials for new users ("Free Trial"). If you are required to enter payment details, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial expires, unless canceled, the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically. We reserve the right to modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time without notice.
When you use our Service to upload files (such as PDF bank statements), these files are stored securely on our servers for 24 hours to allow for processing and download. After 24 hours, all uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted. We do not share, sell, or forward your uploaded documents to any third parties. We do not collect or store personal data unless explicitly provided for payment or support purposes.
We issue refunds within 14 days of the original purchase if the Service did not perform as described. To request a refund, please contact support@rowzx.com with your order details.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not: Upload malicious or illegal content; Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or damage the platform; Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site; Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or user data; Use the Service to process sensitive or illegal documents. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.
The Service, including its text, design, logos, and code, is the exclusive property of RowzX and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from our platform without written consent.
