Welcome to RowzX ("RowzX", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://rowzx.com, the RowzX workspace and API (together, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form your agreement with us (the "Agreement").
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
RowzX converts financial documents, such as bank statements and invoices, into structured formats such as Excel, CSV and JSON. Documents are processed automatically. We may use third-party service providers to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work hard to make conversions accurate, but automated extraction can make mistakes, especially with poor-quality scans, photos, unusual layouts or damaged files. You are responsible for reviewing converted output before relying on it, including for accounting, tax, audit, lending or legal purposes. Any quality indicators shown by the Service are an aid, not a guarantee that the output is complete or correct.
RowzX is a document conversion tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
When you create an account you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password and API credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@rowzx.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You may not use another person's name or email address without authorisation, or create multiple accounts to obtain additional free pages. We may refuse service, suspend or close accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect abuse.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract.
You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the files you download ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you.
You confirm that you have the right to upload Your Content and to have it processed, including any personal data of other people it contains. You must not upload documents you are not entitled to use.
Uploaded documents and converted files are kept for up to 24 hours so that you can download your results, and are then deleted automatically. We do not sell Your Content and do not use it for advertising. Please keep your own copies of anything you need.
We may offer a limited number of free pages, for example on sign-up or to try the Service without an account. Free pages may require a confirmed email address, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Paid plans, page packs and prices are described on our Pricing page. Usage is counted in pages. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. By making a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a payment failure or an error in pricing or product information. Prices may exclude taxes, which will be added where required by law.
Some plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis ("Subscription"). Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Each billing period includes the page allowance of your plan. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@rowzx.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the payment succeeds or move your account to the free plan.
We may change our prices from time to time. A change to a Subscription price takes effect from the next billing period, and we will give you reasonable notice in advance. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Subscription after the change means you accept the new price.
If the Service did not work as described, you can request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase by emailing support@rowzx.com with your account email and order details. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
We may offer promotions, discounts, bonus pages or referral codes. Each offer may have its own conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms and take priority if they conflict. We may end or change an offer at any time and cancel benefits obtained through misuse.
If you use the RowzX API, keep your API token secret and do not share it outside your organisation. API usage counts against your page balance in the same way as the web workspace. We may apply rate limits and may revoke tokens that are used in breach of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and trademarks, belongs to RowzX and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it without our written permission. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks.
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@rowzx.com with a description of the work, where the material appears, your contact details and a statement that your complaint is accurate and made in good faith. We will review it and remove infringing material where appropriate.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or error reports ("Feedback"), we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you. Feedback does not include Your Content.
We will send you emails needed to run the Service, such as email confirmation, password resets and payment notices. We send marketing emails only with your agreement, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We may use third-party analytics services to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. How they process data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and you use them at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, RowzX makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that every document can be converted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RowzX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or from reliance on converted output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold RowzX harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@rowzx.com. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, remain in effect.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by international commercial law principles, without regard to conflict of law rules. We will try to resolve any dispute in good faith through negotiation before either party turns to arbitration or the courts.
If we do not enforce any provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
